The so-called 'Deluxe Triple Room' was an absolute joke with a nerve-wracking staircase, and breakfast? Forget about it, I had to trudge to the hotel opposite for that! I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but no, just basic nonsense. Almost gave a good review but just couldn’t deal with the chaos.

Great place for a trip with friends! Amazing location near central attractions. The staff was super helpful. We had a fantastic time exploring nearby places like Tillegembos and Damme Golf. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a solid range to kickstart the day.
The only downside was no lift in the hotel, so prepare for some stairs if you're on higher floors.

The location was perfect, only a short 5-minute walk to the center, allowing us to easily explore Bruges. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh options and tasty omelettes made on request. We enjoyed the clean and spacious accommodations during our stay with our grown-up kids.
My wife says that a lift would have been helpful.
